FLIGHT TRAINING

AI literacy is now the law. We make it an advantage.

Article 4 of the EU AI Act requires companies using AI to ensure their staff are AI-literate. Most mid-market firms are not compliant and don't know it. We measure where your team stands, train against the gaps and hand you the evidence.

THE OBLIGATION

Article 4, without the panic.

The EU AI Act's Article 4 is in force. It applies to providers and deployers of AI systems, which in practice means almost every company whose staff touch AI tools at work. There's no certificate scheme mandated, no inspector at the door tomorrow, and no excuse either: the obligation is to take measures ensuring a sufficient level of AI literacy in your staff, and to be able to show you did.

We're not lawyers and this page isn't legal advice. What we do is make the obligation measurable, trainable and evidenced.

THE METHOD

Measure. Train. Evidence.

  1. Measure. Before any training, your team takes a structured AI literacy assessment through Fluentry, our European assessment platform partner. You learn what your people actually know, not what they say in a survey.

  2. Train. Programmes built against your gaps, not a generic syllabus: leadership sessions for the board and senior team, working-level programmes for the people using AI daily, role-specific modules where the risk concentrates.

  3. Evidence. Your team re-tests after training. You get the before-and-after, per team, in a pack you can put in front of a board, an auditor or a customer's procurement team.

Training without measurement is theatre. Measurement without training is a problem you've documented. You need both, in that order.

THE FORMATS

From boardroom briefing to full programme.

Leadership session

Half a day with the senior team: what AI actually is, what Article 4 requires of you, what your competitors are doing, what to do this quarter.

Team programme

Structured training for whole teams, built from your literacy results, delivered live in English.

Ongoing literacy cycle

Annual measure-train-evidence rhythm, so compliance is a standing fact rather than a yearly scramble.

Find out where your team stands. It's the part that costs nothing to ask.
